Lease:
Minimum: 3 month lease is required. This can be renewed on a month to
month basis after the first six months upon mutual
agreement of both parties.
Security deposit:
A security deposit equal to one
months rent must be paid upon occupancy. Upon thirty (30) day prior notice departure, a joint inspection will be made. Security deposit monies will be withheld for damages or missing inventory. Remainder or all of security deposit will be returned upon receipt of final electric bill indicating charges not exceeding agreed upon electric usage limit.
Other conditions:
NO PETS / NO SMOKING allowed. Smoking permitted on outside porches only. |
